Due to the difficulties brought by COVID, we have implemented a new logistic strategy to ensure quicker fulfillments. All orders will dispatched from our warehouse in Asia and sent with Express Shipping instead of the usual standard shipping. During the holiday season, it is normal to experience slight delay due to high volume, we appreciate your kind patience.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery time may vary due to reasons out of our control (ie, public holidays, weather conditions or customs control). The time periods are estimates for major city and will be longer for more remote regions.

We strive to process all orders within 3 business days of the order being placed. Orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Italy or Asia, depending on the availability of the product and your shipping address. You may receive your items in separate shipments. If your package does not arrive within eight weeks, we fully guarantee replacement or refund.

Please make sure the delivery address is entered correctly (including full name of the receiver, street name and house number, zip code, phone number and any detail that applies). We unfortunately cannot be responsible for mistakes or delivery failure due to incorrect delivery address provided. 


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Depending on the country of destination, you may or may not be charged with customs and import fees. We do our best to avoid all custom charges but because the parcel gets charged upon arrival to the designated country and custom fees vary per country, we will not be responsible for covering the fees. In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant fees to the courier upon delivery of the shipment. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may also delay the estimated delivery time. In case of refusal to pay custom fees, the customer will also be deemed responsible for the charges for the return shipping back to us. All charges will be deducted from the refund.
