HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
We start working on your order right after you purchase. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order, please email email@example.com ASAP. We will try to make it happen, however, if the merchandise was already shipped, we cannot proceed with any changes.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?We don't have a formal exchange system. If you would like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return (see below). Then you can place a new order on our store for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your item with ‘Return’ as the subject. In the body of the email please state the following:
- your full name
- original order number
- the reason for the return* (ie. Damages)
- We will reply to your email with instructions on how to proceed including the return address.
- Return the item(s), unused and in original condition, including all original packaging, to our address listed below. This is ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Please note that the return shipping is paid by the consumer. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. For this reason we recommend that you send the package with a tracking option, so you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s) in perfect condition, we will issue a refund (via the original form of payment) for the value of the returned item(s). Shipping fees (ie. express shipping upgrades) are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Please note that Riviera reserves the right to decline a return request subject to our discretion.
